Tiffany Bennett
is the director of Web development at Allegheny Graphics Web Development LLC, where she has supervised more than 100 projects, including largescale nonprofit websites. Tiffany is a past chair of the Tri-County Technology Consortium and is currently the chair of the Infinity Women’s Giving Circle Steering Committee, and she has a B.S. in computer science from Allegheny College. She has presented unique research at the Genetic and Evolutionary Computation Conference (GECCO), and has been published in the GECCO Conference Proceedings.

Joseph M. Delisi, CPA, CFP
is a principal at Horowitz, Rudoy & Roteman, a Pittsburgh-based accounting firm. Joe began his public accounting career after graduating from Duquesne University in 1982 and is currently a principal in the nonprofit services group. He is an internal speaker on accounting and auditing topics related to nonprofit organizations. Joe has performed special projects for organizations such as assisting in their evaluation of financing alternatives, budgeting and financial reporting system design as well as study and evaluation of internal control environment.

Bob Faletti
is the president and co-founder of Blue Archer, the creators of AccuCMS. Bob was the founder of Thunder Woods, a regionally distributed mail-order catalog corporation focused on outdoor recreation. He then became VP of marketing at Keystone Precision, where he focused on building new distribution channels. In the mid-1990s, Bob joined Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, where he focused on building the national practice for e-commerce strategy and revenue enhancement. He also serves as president of both ACG Pittsburgh and BNI of Western Pennsylvania’s Circle of Excellence chapter.

Amy Hart
is the president and CEO of the Center for Hearing & Deaf Services Inc. Since coming to the agency in 2006, she has overseen a complete upgrade in technology. Prior to coming to HDS, she was the director of community relations at Mars Home for Youth, and before that was vice president of community  nvestments at United Way of Allegheny County. Amy is also the chair of the advisory committee for the Greater Pittsburgh Nonprofit Partnership. She has a master’s in social work from the University of Pittsburgh, and a bachelor’s from Duquesne University.

Maureen Joyce
is the development Web administrator for Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, where she manages their online marketing and fundraising programs. Maureen is responsible for maintaining the food bank’s Web presence to maximize communication and fundraising opportunities, and she is currently working to improve the accessibility of the food bank’s website, so they may better serve all audiences. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Clarion University and a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from Robert Morris University.

Brian McCollum
is a software engineer at Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) in downtown Pittsburgh. He has been a “SharePoint guy” since early 2004 and has a long history of major web site development. Brian has presented SharePoint-related topics at Pittsburgh Code Camp and to the Pittsburgh SharePoint User Group. Internal to CTC, Brian manages and coordinates a SharePoint Special Interest Group to disseminate SharePoint related information across the CTC enterprise. He received this bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Seton Hill University in Greensburg in 2004. With experience in both SharePoint 2003 and 2007, he works by the motto “Las Vegas is the best place to attend SharePoint training!”

Steve McDonell
is the Director of Information Systems at ACHIEVA in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He also serves on the Advisory Board of Pittsburgh Technical Institute’s Information Technology program. During his tenure at ACHIEVA, Steve has worked within ACHIEVA and with other nonprofits to implement practical and cost-effective technology solutions in response to issues faced by these organizations.

Ashli M. Molinero, D.Sc.
is an assistant professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Science and Technology (RST) at the University of Pittsburgh. She received her D.Sc. in information systems and communications from Robert Morris University in 2004 and her M.Ed. in instructional design and technology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2001. She has over 10 years’ experience in Web design and development for people with disabilities. Ashli joined RST in 2007 to participate in the knowledge translation activities of the Rehabilitation Engineering Research Centers on Tele-rehabilitation, Spinal Cord Injury and Wheelchair Transportation Safety.

Spero Pipakis
is the coordinator of Blind and Vision Rehabilitation Services of Pittsburgh’s Access Technology Center. Spero, who has been using computers with speech and Braille output for over 20 years, began using the Internet in 1996, and has served as a consultant to private companies building accessible websites. He has conducted usability studies for colleges, private industry and state government.

Holly Ross
is the executive director of the Nonprofit Technology Network (NTEN), a national membership organization of nonprofit technology. Holly has spent more than five years at NTEN combing through all the technology fads and listening to the NTEN community to line up the webinars, conferences and research that will help members use technology to make the world a better place. From ubiquitous access to technology leadership to social media trends, Holly brings the wisdom of the NTEN crowd to the nonprofit sector. Learn more about NTEN at www.nten.org. Holly came to nonprofit technology after working for social change at CALPIRG and during her college days at UC Berkeley. In between meetings and e-mailing, Holly tries to raise her 3-year-old daughter and occasionally pays attention to her fabulous husband.

Joseph Ruffing
is a communications specialist for the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences and Technology at the University of Pittsburgh, where he creates, manages and updates the department’s websites for the
Rehabilitation Engineering Research Centers on Tele-rehabilitation, Spinal Cord Injury and Wheelchair Transportation Safety. He also designs and produces promotional pieces. Joe majored in visual communication and has a degree in specialized technology from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. He has 24 years’ professional experience in the field of graphic design, communications and related technologies.

Dana Sheehan
is the webmaster for the Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS). During her seven-year tenure, Dana has developed the DHS website to be an effective, accessible and useful source
of information. Dana also writes e-vice – a monthly column for DHS News. Dana earned a bachelor’s degree in communications media from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She recently served as a member of the Positioning Public Child Welfare Initiative subcommittee on communications, consulting on websites, intranets, new media and other electronic communications.

Alicia A. Slade
is the president/CEO of Plummer Slade Inc., a computer-networking and business-solutions firm in downtown Pittsburgh. Alicia has a B.S. in computer science and mathematics from Westminster College, an M.S. in information science from the University of Pittsburgh, and an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business, along with various industry certifications. Her company installs and supports computer networks, provides hardware and software installations, implements IP communication solutions and telephone systems and also installs e-mail servers, firewalls, VPNs, backups and more.
